PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Pricing is for the full, private use of the villa and is pretty simple. Prices fall into 3 seasonal categories.​

2024 and beyond pricing:

Low season: October to March: £105 per night

Mid season: April, May, June and September: £140 per night

High season: July and August: £190 per night

Christmas + NY: 20 Dec - 2nd Jan: £140 per night

+ £90 end of stay cleaning fee

*A £200 damage and rubbish deposit is subject to all bookings. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure. We ask that the villa is simply left clean and tidy, with no damages and with the rubbish cleared and taken to the local bins.

For single or double occupancy then please get in touch for discounts.

​A minimum of 5 nights stay applies to all bookings. Pets are welcome but an additional cleaning fee of £30 will apply per pet.

Deposit:

A 30% deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure the villa. The balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival.​

Payment Plans:

Just say the word and we'll create a bespoke monthly payment plan to spread the cost of your balance payment.​

Cancellation policy:

0 – 6 weeks before arrival – no refund will be issued unless we are able to resell the dates.
6 – 12 weeks before arrival – your deposit will be lost unless we are able to resell the dates.
12+ weeks before arrival – your deposit will be returned to you (minus any bank charges we have received)
