ABOUT THE VILLA
Nestled in the beautiful Spanish countryside, Novelda Country House is just 20 minutes drive west from Alicante airport and beaches - near the pretty Spanish towns of Novelda, Elche, Agost and Sax.
With 4 bedrooms sleeping 9 people the villa has wonderful facilities including 2 bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor bar and BBQ and a fully fenced outdoor pool.
Please note that one of the bedrooms isn't part of the main house but is adjacent to the kitchen.
The villa, set on a traditional Spanish vineyard, is perfect for families with enough outdoor space to keep the kids happy and a glorious outdoor eating area for those relaxing evening meals. The pool is a huge 10 x 5m and has beautiful mountain views.
For the kids we have an outdoor play area with swings, climbing wall, slide and an awesome tree to climb! We also have footballs, tents and books plus the dining table converts to a fun ping pong table which is just as fun for the adults.
You'll need a hire car as the nearby towns provide daytime exploring and entertainment with the local mountains giving a challenge for those who prefer to explore on 2 wheels. There are a number of full sized 18 hole golf courses in the vicinity including the renowned Font del Llop and Alenda Golf Clubs which are just a 10 minute drive.
Our outdoor cooking and BBQ hut is perfect for you to impress your friends and family. With a large pizza oven, charcoal BBQ grill and built in bar, the space provides the ultimate entertaining opportunity to wow your friends and family with your culinary skills.
Our pool was fully renovated in 2023 and features steps, disco lights and a super new filtration system and surround 🏊♂️
We've recently transformed the back garden into a chill out garden complete with 4 hole golf putting green and outdoor cinema. We've got a range of putters for adults and kids so you can challenge each other to a mini competition.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

XL POOL
Our fully fenced outdoor pool is larger than most and measures a huge 10 x 5m. Perfect to cool off from the summer sun or to do a few laps if you want to burn off that Paella.
OUTDOOR COOKING
Our outdoor pizza, BBQ and bar area is all set for your stay so you can enjoy the best of the Spanish weather and cook up a storm.
WIFI
It's your holiday and if being connected to the internet is your thing then we have you covered with wifi available from every seat in the house! So upload those selfies and be the envy of your friends back home ;)
GOLF PUTTING GREENS
Our 4 hole putting area is perfect for adults and kids to practice their golfing skills. We've also got a range of little bridges and other obstacles so you can make the course as fun and challenging as you like.
GAMES
We have a selection of games to keep you entertained including ping pong and scrabble plus a selection of books to swap if you finish yours during your stay.
TOWELS AND BEDDING
Bath and pool towels are provided for your use as well as sheets for the beds and blankets should you need them.

CEILING FANS
The villa has been perfectly designed to keep cool during the summer. The 4m high ceilings are fitted with quality fans to circulate cool air and keep you cool. We also supply tower fans in each room for your comfort.
WASHING FACILITIES
A washing machine is available for your use and we'll even throw in some non-bio washing tablets. Clothes lines are available too and your clothes will dry in no time in the Spanish sunshine.
HAIRDRYERS AND IRON
We like to make things easy for you so we have hairdryers and an iron at the villa so you have less to pack and more to enjoy. We also have an air pump for your pool inflatables!
HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES
Alicante and the Costa Blanca has much to offer holiday makers. Recently declared the sunniest place in Europe, the area has water parks, castles, theme parks and of course wonderful bars and restaurants.
